Bring whatever art or craft supplies you already have, a half-used watercolor set, a pack of markers, an old coloring book, and spend 90 minutes working on your own project alongside nine other supporters, whether it's something you're already working on or something you get inspired to start that day. No class, no facilitator, just a table full of people making things and a meal catered by Andre. Didn't bring supplies? There's a random assortment on hand so you can start something anyway. Every guest leaves with an original illustration of themselves, drawn by Nakisha during the session.
A portion of every ticket goes directly to that edition's featured beneficiary, right away, a nonprofit organization or an individual creative working on a project. The rest covers the cost of the event itself, food, supplies, and materials. Each edition sets its own fundraising goal based on what that beneficiary actually needs, so the amount raised can look different from one session to the next. You're welcome to add an extra donation on top. If a session fills up before you grab a seat, you can still give directly to that edition's cause.
